Rugby Pro - Win a training session with Premiership Rugby players and £1,000 worth of kit for your team
As part of our commitment to develop rugby at a grassroots level, QBE Rugby Pro is offering you the chance to win one of five training sessions with three top Premiership Rugby players for your rugby club or school team. In addition to the training session, the lucky winner will also win £1,000 worth of QBE branded kit and equipment for their nominated team.
Ten runners up will also receive a £1,000 worth of kit and equipment for their nominated team.
The competition is open to all non-professional teams across England so this could be an amateur team you play in, a local youth team or even a relative’s school team.
Each entry will be judged against strict criteria with entrants asked to outline the impact that winning a training session and a brand new set of kit will have on the development of their team. Entrants must also show what initiatives have been introduced to improve the game of rugby at your nominated rugby team or club. Entries will then be judged by a panel made up of representatives from QBE, the media and Premiership Rugby.
The player visit will take place at the winning club during a regular mid-week training session. Players will give the winning teams tips and advice on basic skills, fitness and development, as well as being available for pictures and autographs.
Entry to the QBE Rugby Pro competition 2012 has now closed. Winners will be announced at the end of January.
